| There are two sides to every stone. One side may be light, while the other has more color.
This is an example of that effect. White with color is using both sides of the stone to create a unique one-of-a-kind look The sample above has been diamond sawed top and bottom. Most stone has a "chopped" edge unless you request diamond sawed stone, which may be higher in price.. |

We recommend that you use a standard
4"-5" brick ledge
(on new construction) for our stone
which is between 4" and 4-1/2" thick. This gives a
nice base for laying the stone. Because our stone is consistent in size, it is
very easy to lay the pattern of your choice. (Larger stone sizes may be slightly
thicker.)
Average Height of chop rock is 2" to 12 ". Random lengths on all chop rock- from 12-24"long. |
* Sometimes when you first receive your stone, it may look very light.
This is most likely because the stone is dry and dusty, or the lighter colors are on top.
Don't panic. Once the mason starts laying the stone, you will see all the color appear!
Once you rinse it with the water the colors will change dramatically!
**Note: Stone, being a product of nature, gives us a variety of color.
Not every single stone sample will be exactly like the stone that you will receive.
There will be slight variances in color. These differences are what make our stone
so beautiful and interesting.
Camera and/or film type and time of day also changes the way the pictures
reflect the stone and may distort the color.
There will be a 10% FUEL CHARGE added to all local orders we deliver.
